The expert commission of the territorial administration of the Gosgorpromnadzor in the Donetsk region provided an official opinion on reasons of the accident in the oxygen-converter workshop of the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich, signed by the chairman of the commission Alexander Serenko.
