Novolipetsk Imarking plant increases sheet steel sales by 12%

In December 2012, NLMK OJSC planned to ship sheet steel 12% more than in November. The factory managers expect to implement more than 460 thousand tons of metal rolling.

Due to the active growth of demand, the most significant increase is scheduled for the shipments of a cold -rocked sheet without coating. NLMK plans to sell 96 thousand tons of chilly to Russian consumers and 69 thousand tons for export. Thus, the implementation should grow at least 27% to 165 thousand tons.

Export orders for a hot -rolled sheet doubled, in December, NLMK foreign partners will be sold about 90 thousand tons of these products and another 120 thousand tons of leaf steel will go to Russian consumers.

The galvanovka of the Novolipetsk Mining, due to the seasonal decline, will be sold less briskly. The volume of applications on the sheet galvanized in December fell by 13% and amounted to 38 thousand tons.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant sold 4 million 700 thousand tons of metal rolling, which is 7% more than in the same period of 2011.
