VIZ-Stal LLC, which is a subsidiary of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant, establishes the production of transformer rental. This is a variety of electrical steel, which has increased magnetic properties and permeability.
Transformer rental will be made on German equipment delivered by Andritz-Sundwig. Most recently, the installation of a cold rolled reversing type was completed. Now VIZ-Stal LLC launches new equipment. All work is carried out by qualified specialists who are provided with with gloves by workers and other means of protection for complete compliance with safety standards. In addition, there is an adjustment of the technological processes of obtaining experimental batches.
The production capacity of a cold rolled reversing type will be 70 thousand tons per year. The construction of a new camp cost the enterprise almost one and a half billion rubles. It is planned that already in 2013, VIZ-Stal LLC will establish industrial production of transformer rental.
