From October 1, the Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe will increase wages by an average of 10%.
The increase in wages will affect all employees of the pipe division, the steel division and the division of railway products, as well as employees of centralized functions. When raising salaries, a differentiated approach will be applied depending on the division and category of employees.
Earlier in 2021, Interpipe had already increased the salaries of production personnel of all industrial assets.

Since the beginning of the quarantine, we have introduced unprecedented security measures, including free PCR testing and free corporate transport to work. Even during the lockdown, our factories continued to operate, and employees and their families received a stable income. Interpipe regularly reviews the salaries of production personnel. We are launching our second promotion this year in October to support our employees and ensure their financial stability. So, taking into account the current increase, the average salary for the company by the end of 2021 will grow by more than 20%.
