The Zaporizhzhya Ferroalloy Plant sent almost two thousand people to the forced simple

The Zaporizhzhya Ferroalloy Plant, which did not work since December 1, left 444 employees in production, ensuring the minimum life of the enterprise. According to the Deputy Board of PJSC “Zaporizhzhya Ferroalloy Plant” - Director of HR, Sergey Zubov, out of 2214 people employed in production, 1770 are in the forced simple.

The metallurgical enterprise stopped its activities after the refusal of the Council of GP "Energorynok" to provide economically reasonable tariffs for electricity and today many ZZF employees began to quit due to a decreased salary one and a half times. “After the plant stops, the average wage decreased to 2,536 hryvnias, although before that the average salary was 3,953 hryvnias,” said Sergey Zubov.

In the event that the company is provided with economically sound tariffs for electric energy, the Zaporizhzhya Ferroalloy Plant will resume its production activities. At the same time, they emphasize in the company's management, the average wage can increase to 5212 hryvnias.

After prolonged downtime, the company resuming production will encounter the personnel problem, because first of all, when the wages are reduced, the most popular specialists leave for the training for many years.

On October 1, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Decree No. 912, which he ordered GP Energorynok from October 1, 2012 to March 1, 2013 to sell electricity for economically reasonable tariffs to Zaporizhzhya and Stakhanovsky ferroalloy plants.

However, these government decrees were never implemented, due to which from December 1, production at the ZPF and the NSF was stopped.
