The management company of Mariupol Azovmash has appointed two new directors

Wessanen Trading limited Holding Company (Wessan Trading limited) Controling Mariupol Azovmash announced the replacement of her two directors. Keimpe Visa Reatsma and Peter G. Economes were appointed directors of Wessanen Tradeing limited, which consolidated in their possession of the Azovmash Machine -Building Industry (Azovmashvest Holding).

In 1983, Keimpe Reitsma received the degree of specialist of tax law at Leiden University (Netherlands). Starting a career as an analyst at the International Bureau of Tax Documentation on the countries of Germany and Italy, already in 1987 he was appointed senior tax consultant at Ernst & Young Tax Advisers, and since 1999 he worked in the company Meespierson. While working at Meespierson, he was the director of two companies in specific transactions of the Meespierson group, as well as a member of the international board of its client - the German company Heinrich Berndes GmbH (Germany). Recently he worked at Maitland Group, where he was responsible for the development of business.
Keimpe Reytsma Visa has rich experience in attracting foreign customers for owners of large private capital with structured assets, has deep knowledge of a legal and tax nature.

Peter G. Economes
It has 39 years of experience of an accountant and a tax consultant in Cyprus and the UK and the following professional qualifications: a full member of the jury association in the UK; Member of the Institute of Cyplex Cyprus Public Accountants; Member of the Board of the Committee of the Association of Financial Companies of Cyprus; Member of the Institute for Securities and Investments; Member of the Council of 3 financial consulting firms, controlled by the securities commissions and the Cyprus stock market. Currently, President P.G. ECONOMIDES & CO LTD, president of the company TotalServe Management Ltd., tax and corporate services companies with headquarters (representative offices) in limasol, Cyprus and fully formed offices in the UK, Russia, Poland, Romania, Greece, British Virgin Islands, South Africa, and South Afric Luxembourg and Bulgaria.

The main objective of the newly appointed management is to develop a long-term group strategy, increase the capitalization of business, the introduction of international standards of corporate management of enterprises included in the group, the Azovmash press center reports.
