The court recognized the Kuibyshev Kramatorsk Metallurgical Plant bankrupt

According to the report, the Donetsk economic court on December 24, 2012 recognized the Khuibyshev Kramatorsk Metallurgical Plant Bankrupt, owned by one of the largest metal manufacturers to the Donbass Industrial Union (ISD) and opened the liquidation procedure.

“The powers of the chairman of the board of directors of the plant Mikhail Mansov have also been terminated,” the report said.

As you know, from March 21, 2011, the Commercial Court of the Donetsk region has already introduced a sanction procedure for a period of 12 months at the Kramatorsk Metallurgical Plant.

Earlier, the ISD press service reported that the group was completing negotiations with international banks on the restructuring of their debt and does not intend to sell their assets.

The ISD shareholders, which includes more than 40 enterprises, in particular, the Kramator Metallurgical Plant, are Ukrainian businessmen Sergey Taruta and oleg Mkrtchan.
