According to the data published by the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Belarus, for the period from January to November 2012, the production of steel increased by 4% to 2 million 650 thousand tons with an increase in the production of metal rolling by 5.3% to 2 million 387 thousand tons in relation to the same period in 2011.
The gross value of metallurgical products in Belarus increased by 4% in the first 11 months of 2012 and amounted to 4 billion 200 million dollars.
