The share of Usmanov as a final beneficiary increased to 60%.
The VTB group sold its share in Metalloinvest HC, and USM Holdings has gained control over all 100% of the shares of Metalloinvest HC, the company said.
The total amount of the redemption of 24% of the shares, according to experts, could amount to about $ 3.7 billion.
