The Government of Serbia has a plan B in relation to the missile plant in Smeridovo

The only contender for the purchase of a metallurgical plant "Zhelezaro Smereudovo" Russian group Uralvagonzavod unexpectedly asked to extend the tender procedures for another two months. The Minister of Finance and the Economics of Serbia Milan Dinkich reacted to this request by a statement that "our government is working on plan B, we analyze how much it can cost to restart production at the Road Commerce Railway Railway to Zhelezaro Smeridovo if the Russians refuse to acquire."

Thus, the Serbia government is not at all sure that the Russian Uralvagonzavod has serious intentions, and is going to reanimate metallurgical production on its own.
