The Ukrainian businessman, after a series of successes in the field of space exploration and iT technologies, intends to acquire a company engaged in the production of satellites. And recently Max Polyakov, according to the publication https://zik .ua /ru /tag /maks_polyakov said that together with the Americans, landing on the moon is planned as part of a common company. NASA explained that they have chosen nine partners to return to a natural satellite of the Earth. Among them is a company called "Firefly Aerospace", as well as well-known brands like "Lockheed".
What does Firefly Aerospace do?
During 2017, Polyakov's financial injections saved her from collapse. And now she's doing:
- The release of our own rocket /launch vehicle with a beautiful name Alpha, as well as the Beta modification;
- Planning to build the reusable ship Firefly Gamma is in progress.
The central office of this company is located in Texas, and the research part is organized in Dnipro (Ukraine). Additional offices are located in Tokyo and Washington DC.
What else is Polyakov interested in?
He is involved in the EOS project, a cloud-based platform for analyzing satellite images. The program provides visualization of information and its integration with a variety of data sources. After that, conversion to various formats or tables is available.
This project can be used for commercial and civil purposes. Potentially, it may be interesting for 22 industries from space monitoring of fires, climate change to monitoring the integrity of the state border.
However, Noosphere Ventures lacks satellites to realize the capabilities of EOS. Therefore, now there is a search for the possibility of acquiring our own production and then the full cycle of the project implementation will be completed.
