Aluminum pipes are the target of choice for those in the building industry. They are used for various industrial purposes, in construction, in engineering networks. Aluminum box is a square or rectangular aluminum tube with a bottom and a cover. They are used as packaging, for storage and transportation of various equipment and its spare parts, for decoration.
Aluminum pipes have such properties as high thermal conductivity, frost and heat resistance, they are not afraid of moisture and aggressive chemicals.
Their use is justified wherever it is necessary to have high ductility of the metal, which can easily change its shape, it is easy to solder, while such a material serves for a very long time. These pipes are the benchmark for the chemical, oil and gas industries.
Aluminum pipes are classified as follows:
1. The thickness of their walls determines their thickness or thinness.
2. In terms of material, it can be aluminum profiles from alloys A7, A6, A5 in accordance with GOST 11069;
aluminum profiles from alloys AD00, AD0, AD1, ADS, AD, AMTs, AMTsS, AMg2, AMgZ, AMgZS, AMg5, AMg60, AD31, AD35, AV, D1, D16, AK6, V95, 1915, 1925, 1925S in accordance with GOST 4784 ;
aluminum profiles made of VD1 alloy in accordance with GOST 1131. That is, with high and low aluminum content.
3. By the type of heat treatment. According to the condition of the material, these pipes are annealed;
hardened pipes, naturally aged; hardened pipes, artificially aged.
4. In cross-section they can be either round or square or rectangular.
5. According to the production method, boxes can be cold-deformed in accordance with GOST 18475-82, OST 1 92096-83) and pressed, manufactured in accordance with GOST 18482-79.
Square aluminum tube (aluminum box) is a closed profile made of aluminum, hollow inside. In cross section, it can consist of a single cavity or of several chambers. The length of the pipe varies from 1 to 6 meters.
Aluminum box finds application in construction, ventilation, furniture manufacturing. To increase resistance to oxidation, aluminum pipes go through an anodizing process. This treatment significantly increases the service life of the pipes. As an analogue of anodizing, polymer powder spraying is also used.
