The Australian iron ore company Fortescue Metals Group has announced its financial results for the first half of the year ended December 31, 2025-26 fiscal year.

In the first half of the year, Fortescue's net income was US$1.91 billion, an increase of 23.0 percent compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year, and sales revenue was US$8.44 billion, up 10.0 percent from the previous year. Meanwhile, Fortescue's EBITDA in the period increased by 23.0 percent year-on-year to 4.49 billion US dollars.

In addition, the company's forecast for iron ore shipments for the 2025-26 fiscal year is 195-205 million tons, including 10-12 million tons from Iron Bridge.
