The Ilyich Mariupol Metallurgical Plant, according to the Ministry of Economic Development, in 2012 produced 4 million 329 thousand tons of metal rolling, which is 17% less than in 2011.
The company’s report says that for the period from 1.01.2011 - 12/31/2012, 5 million 150 thousand tons of steel were melted at the Ilyich MMK, which is 16% less than in the same period of 2011. Cast iron produced 4 million 517 thousand tons, which is also 12.8% less than in 2011.
Recall that in 2011, the Ilyich MMK raised the production of metal rolling by 6.6% to 5 million 206 thousand tons.
