"Eco-village 2" in the area of the ski resort "Bannoe".
We are talking about a project initiated by MMK and previously received priority status for Bashkiria. The complex is planned to be located next to a similar eco-village, which MMK opened to tourists at the end of 2023. Green guest houses, cafes, a spa center and a sauna complex will be built on the territory of the new facility. There will also be camping and leisure areas.
The Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus notes that the NWPI is aimed at creating comfortable conditions for the implementation of an investment project. The document, which combines all the proposed state support measures, is designed to speed up the start of design and construction work.
