Alexey Mordashov, chairman of the Board of Directors of Severstal, shared his view of this question at the PMEF-2025:
“We are very actively trying to master the MVP approach. We were convinced that while you are grinding and improving the product, time is leaving: you can lose the market or competitors will be ahead of you. And most importantly - you do not know which product is perfect. Only by testing, trying, grinding, you can go to something more correct. This applies in general to anything. "
