On January 11, 2014, the Russian Federal Financial Market Service (FSFR) said that 9, 10 and 11 issues of bonds of OJSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant (NLMK) were recognized as failed and canceled their state registration for a total of 30 billion rubles.
Bonds 9, 10 and 11 episodes were registered by the FSFR on December 8, 2011. The release was assigned state registration numbers 4-09-00102-a, 4-10-00102-A and 4-11-00102-A, respectively. The volume of each series is 10 billion rubles. The declared circulation period of each of the issues is 10 years.
Bonds of the Novolipetsk Mining Plant turned out to be nobody needed
