The first cement, patented in October 1824, was made of clay and limestone and had a strength of only 5.5 megapascals. After 200 years of continuous improvement, the Portland cement of the Magnitogorsk Cement and Refractory Plant (MTPP), which turned 75 at the end of July, is gaining strength of at least 42.5 Mpa.
The MCC (part of the MMK Group) is one of the leading enterprises in the Southern Urals, specializing in the production of metallurgical fluxes, cement, ground slag and clinker. It works stably, develops, and meets customer expectations. Let it be so! Happy anniversary, colleagues!
