Twelve new exhibitions will open in the northern museums with the support of Severstal and partners

12 museum teams from five regions of Russia received grants from the Museums of the Russian North program of the Dobrota Severa Foundation with the support of Severstal and Cordiant companies. The Perm State Art Gallery expertly oversees the project.

The funding will be used to create new exhibitions and expositions for children and adults in museums in the Vologda, Arkhangelsk, Leningrad regions, Perm Krai and the Republic of Karelia.

Several museums will launch projects in the near future.:

Kizhi Museum-Reserve - exhibition "Childhood is a serious matter" with interactive zones and an audio performance;

Semenkovo Museum - an exhibition in the chapel of Elijah the Prophet from the village of Grigorovskoye;

Cherepovets Museum Association - the Bureau of Local History project to attract the attention of young people to local history;

Shenkursky Regional Museum of Local Lore - renovation of two museum halls at once.

All other exhibitions within the program will be open until November 2025.
