The supplies of scrap metal on the co -tankines of Ukraine in 2012 decreased by 26% to 4 million 980 thousand tons, in relation to 2011. In December 2012, the supply of metal scrap to plants decreased by 5.8%compared to November, to 424 thousand tons.
The reserves of scrap metal in the warehouses of the metallurgical plants of Ukraine in December 2012 increased by 30 thousand tons and, as of January 1, 2013, amounted to 190 thousand tons.
