Andrey is the head of the Severstal Distribution hot–rolled products team (Moscow branch). He sells rolled metal products to small and medium-sized businesses. On August 30, Andrey will celebrate 4 years of work at the company, and at the beginning of his career at Severstal, he worked as a sales specialist.
"I started my career in the banking sector and I always wanted to get into a TOP company. Then I went to the website hh.ru and he wrote out the TOP 10 employer companies, where Severstal was in the lead. After that, I found HR contacts on social media and asked them to review my resume. Literally 15 minutes later, I got a call and was offered an interview. Since then, I believe that I have been working in the best company!",

Andrey's achievements include the shipment of 8,400 tons of rolled metal to one of the company's key customers in 2023!
Andrey combines his work at Severstal with corporate activities – he plays for the company's national football team in Moscow at various tournaments. He also sends his ideas for improving production processes to the Idea Factory's employee suggestion collection system.
