The US Department of Trade (DOC) announced preliminary results of its administrative review of the decision on the anti -dumping fee (AD) for certain sheets of carbon and alloyed steel from Germany from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
DOC previously found that AG Der Dillinger Hüttenwerke did not sell the goods under consideration at prices below the normal value during the period under consideration. DOC previously determined the estimated average dumping margin equal to the company.The final results of the review, as expected, will be announced within 120 days from the date of publication of preliminary results.
