New car registrations in South Korea Increased by 12 percent in January-July 2025

In July of this year, new car registrations in South Korea decreased 2.5 percent month-on-month and increased 23.3 percent year-on-year to 27,090 units, according to data released by the Korean Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the first seven months of this year, new car registrations in South Korea increased by 11.9 percent year-on-year to 165,210 units.
