Property sales in Turkey increased by 32.6 percent in July 2025 compared to June

In July of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 142,858 units, an increase of 32.6 percent month-on-month and 12.4 percent year-on-year, according to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

In the first seven months of this year, property sales in Turkey totaled 834,751 units, an increase of 24.2 percent compared to the same period in 2024.
