Certificate purchases: Internal purchases must now be completed within the validity period of the certificate, except in exceptional cases.
Additional periods: The additional periods covered by the document will be determined by circulars issued on the basis of this decision.
Risk Analysis Infrastructure: The Ministry of Commerce has established a regulatory infrastructure focused on data analysis and risk assessment to ensure more effective regime implementation and easier monitoring.
