The US Department of Trade (DOC) announced preliminary results of a revision of the changed circumstances (CCR) of an order for a compensation fee (CVD) for some corrosion-resistant steel products (Core) from South Korea against Dongkuk Coated Metal Co., Ltd. (Dongkuk CM).
DOC previously found that Dongkuk CM is not a successor to Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. (old Dongkuk Steel), and the exclusion of the old Dongkuk Steel from the order does not apply to the Dongkuk CM. DOC intends to release the final results of this CCR, which will include the analysis of any written comments, no later than November 17, 2025, if otherwise is extended.
