Total processing at the enterprises of the Kuzbass coal industry, including processing plants, seasonal processing plants and crushing and screening plants, amounted to 85.6 million tons since the beginning of the year, which is 10.5% lower compared to the same period in 2024 and amounted to 77.6% of production.
The total coal shipment in Kuzbass for 7 months of this year amounted to 97.3 million tons of coal, which is 6.0% lower compared to the same period in 2024.
59.2 million tons were exported, a decrease of 3.4% compared to the level of 2024:
31.4 million tons in the eastern direction, a decrease of 0.6% compared to the plan under the agreement with Russian Railways for 2025;
19.3 million tons in the north-western direction, a decrease of 14% compared to the level of 2024;
Southbound 7.6 million tons, an increase of 16% compared to the level of 2024.
For 6 months of 2025, the average salary of employees directly involved in coal mining and processing reached 115.8 thousand rubles, which is 9% higher than in the same period of 2024. The number of personnel directly engaged in coal mining and processing amounted to 94.4 thousand people, which is 2.5 thousand less than in the same period last year. The indicated number does not include auxiliary production staff.
