Norwegian company Hydrogen AS and the Swedish company Greenron P AB announced the signing of a strategic agreement on expanding the production of metals without the use of fossil types of fuel by combining the supply of green hydrogen with direct recovery technology.
Cooperation is based on agreement from October 2023, according to To whom Norwegian Hydrogen delivered green hydrogen from her factory in Hellesilt, Norway, in the first large-scale oven of Greeniron direct recovery in Sandwiken, Sweden. Installations

The Greeniron process reduces the content Metal oxides using green hydrogen, avoiding carbon emissions and making metals possible without fossil fuel. Norwegian Hydrogen will contribute to the production and hydrogen infrastructure, ensuring the deployment of this technology on an industrial scale.
