Financial Company (FC) Express Invest LLC (Borispol, Kiev region) acquired 100% of shares of PJSC Stalkanat-Silur Production Association (Odessa).
According to Stalkanat-Silur's message in the system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, information about the change in shareholders is dated August 15 of this year.
At the same time, the powers of all members of the Supervisory Board (NS) of PJSC VO Stalkanat-Silur have been terminated since August 18, 2025. In particular, the powers of Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada David Nemirovsky, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada Anton Mikhalenko, Dina Nemirovskaya and Vitaly Dubovich were terminated.
Another report dated August 18 clarifies that due to direct alienation, David Nemirovsky's share in PJSC decreased from 50% to zero, Anton Mikhalenko - from 23.7% to 0, Maria Kondratyuk - from 23.1% to 0 and Vitaly Dubovich - from 3.2% to 0. The date of reaching or crossing the threshold is 14
