The German manufacturer of special steel GMH Gruppe announced the purchase of two key business units of the domestic manufacturer of high-performance Buderus Edelstahl GmbH high-performance metals in Weclar. The acquisition covers a hot rolling machine for large rolling steel, as well as equipment for mechanical and heat processing forged parts with an open stamp.
these operations will be integrated into GMH Gruppe, while other Buderus Edelstahl units will remain in Property Mutares Se & Co. KGAA. The purchase price is not disclosed.
