The US Department of Trade (DOC) announced preliminary results of its administrative review of the order on the anti -dumping duties (AD) for the welded pipes of large diameter from South Korea for the period from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
DOC previously found that Hyundai Steel Company, Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. And the Seah Steel Corporation did not sell the goods under consideration at prices below the normal value during the period under consideration. DOC previously determined the estimated weighted average dumping margin equal to zero for companies.
The final results of the review, as expected, will be announced within 120 days from the date of publication of preliminary results.
