The Luxembourg manufacturer of the steel pipes Tenaris announced a major contract for the supply for the Bәzios 11 naval project in Brazil. The company will provide seamless linear pipes and specialized coatings to ensure efficiency and stability in one of the most significant marine deposits in the world.
The supply agreement includes 18,000 tons (115 km) of seamless linear pipes made at the Tenaris plant in Dalmin in Italy. Another 112 km of pipes will be delivered, isolated by 5-layer syntactic and sea-layer Tenarisshawcor Marine, which will be used at the Confab, Brazil. 11
located 180 km from the coast of Rio de Janeiro in the Santos basin, the BúZIOS 11 project includes mining and injection wells connected to a floating ship for production, storage and unloading (FPSO), while they work at a depth of 2100 meters.
