The DOC determined that some manufacturers/exporters subject to this administrative review were selling round welded non-alloy steel (CWP) pipe from South Korea at prices below the normal value during the period under review. The DOC has a defined estimated weighted average dumping margin of 1.23 percent for Hustle Co., Ltd. and non-reviewed companies, and zero percent for Hyundai Steel Company. The preliminary results included a lower estimated weighted average dumping margin of 1.21 percent for Hustle Co., Ltd and other non-reviewed companies, and also included zero percent for Hyundai Steel Company.
USA publishes final results of AD review on Round Welded Pipe from South Korea
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has published the final results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty ordinance on round welded pipe made of non-alloy steel (CWP) from South Korea for the period from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023.
