The US Department of Trade (DOC) published the final results of an administrative review of the Anti -Dermaid Duse for welded stainless steel pipes (WSPP) from India for the period from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023.
DOC determined that Suncity Metals and Tubes Private limited (Suncity Metals), the only manufacturer/exporter subject to this administrative revision made the sale of welded stainless steel pipes (WSPP) from India below normal during the period under consideration. DOC determined the weighted average dumping margin of 21.77 percent for Suncity Metals. Preliminary results included a higher average weighted dumping margin of 56.39 percent for the company.
