Property sales in Turkey Rose 0.3 percent in August 2025 from July

In August this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 143,319 units, rising by 0.3 percent month on month and by 6.8 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

In the first eight months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 978,070 units, moving up by 21.3 percent compared to the same period of 2024.
