Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced that it will amend the order and final determination regarding its anti-dumping investigation into the import of a certain carbon and alloy steel Plate (CTL Plate) from an official in Italy, on the grounds that the final determination was not in harmony with the Court of International Traders of the United States States (CIT). Accordingly, the DOC has determined a new zero percent reset margin for the company.
