In August of this year, out of 70 large Chinese cities examined new housing in first -level cities, 0.1 percent in a month in the month, while 0.9 percent of the annual calculus, by 0.1 percentage points and 0.2 percentage points compared with the corresponding decrease in July this year, announced the National Bureau of Chinese statistics (NBS).
In second -level cities, China prices for secondary housing in August decreased by 5.2 percent in annual calculus, while the rate of reduction was 0.4 percentage points more slowly compared to July. In cities of the third level, prices for used housing in August decreased by 6.0% in annual calculus, and the rate of decline by 0.4 percentage points is slower compared to July.
