Canada cancels AD duty on hot-rolled sheet from Ukraine

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has announced that it has stopped reviewing the expiration of the anti-dumping duty (AD) on hot-rolled carbon steel sheet and high-strength low-alloy steel sheet from Ukraine.

The review was initiated on August 5, 2025, as previously reported. SteelOrbis.

Accordingly, CITT cancelled its order in respect of the aforementioned items. Therefore, the Canadian Border Protection Agency will not continue to impose anti-dumping duties on this product.

The anti-dumping duty on the above-mentioned product from Ukraine amounted to 21.3 percent.
