Ilyich factory will make a set

At the request of the People's Artist of the USSR Bogdan Stupka, the film "Once in Rostov" will be shot at the Ilyich MMK.

On August 14, the Ilyich Mariupol Metallurgical Plant will turn into a set for one day. At the Ilyich plant, work on a new film will continue, the shooting of which is now being conducted in Mariupol by Russian director Konstantin Khudyakov.

Filming will be held on the industrial site of the TPP-1. Here the factory passage of the Novocherkassk plant will be mounted, at which in 1962 the events that became the basis of the film unfolded.

Details of the script are not disclosed, but it can be assumed that the episode of the historical conversation of the director of the engineering plant with workers, which resulted in a folk riot, will be removed at the Ilyich plant.

A crew of about 50 people and 30 buses with equipment and equipment will arrive at the plant.

With a request to consent to the filming on the territory of the Ilyich MMK to the Chairman of the Board, the general director of the enterprise Vladimir Boyko was personally addressed by People's Artist of the USSR Bogdan Stupka.
