During the specified period, the company's revenue amounted to 7.6 billion euros, a decrease of five percent, and its EBITDA amounted to 722 million euros, an increase of 0.5 percent in both cases year-on-year.
The company expects its EBITDA to be in the range of 1.4-1.55 billion euros in fiscal year 2025-2026. Voestalpine said it expects the first positive effects of its restructuring measures to materialize by the end of the fiscal year, but acknowledged that short-term economic relief remains unlikely. As production volumes are under pressure, the company is striving to better align capacity with the constant obstacles in the market.
