Arselormital Krivoy Rog announced the start of the voluntary dismissal program of the missile defense system since February 18, 2013. The program provides for two stages: the first is already on February 18 and will end on February 28, and the second stage will be held in March from 18th to the 29th. This became known from the message of the plant in the corporate publication - the newspaper Metallurg.
Stages and schedule of dismissal at the former Kryvyzhostal were approved by order No. 193 of February 13, 2013.
“In 2013, the release of 1183 posts is planned. This is a very difficult decision, but necessary, because without increasing labor productivity, without increasing production for one employee, we will not be able to compete with other manufacturers,” the company said.
The program of voluntary dismissal provides for a number of advantages and monetary compensation and applies only to employees who have worked in Arselormital for more than three full years.
In case of voluntary dismissal, the employee of the United States loyal to the administration is accrued by the allowance of which is calculated by the direct ratio of the 1st monthly salary to the experience of the employee at the enterprise, but not more than 50,000 UAH for workers (for more than 16 years) and not more than 60,000 UAH for employees and managers (under the experience of more than 16 years).
Arselormittal Kryvyi Rih expects that this year 1183 employees will voluntarily quit the factory
