The China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) reported that at the beginning of January (January 1-10) this year, the average daily crude steel output of large and medium-sized steel mills in China - all CISA members - was 1.997 million tons, up 21.6% from the end of December (December 21-31) last year.
At the end of December, the average daily crude output Inventory levels of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China increased during the period. As of January 10, finished steel inventories of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China amounted to 15.04 million tons, an increase of 6.4% compared to December 31.
