Property sales in Turkey rose sharply in December 2025 from November

In December last year, property sales in Turkey totaled 254,777 units, an increase of 80.6 percent month-on-month and 19.8 percent year-on-year, according to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

For the whole of 2025, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 1.69 million units, an increase of 14.3 percent compared to 2024.
