The project was developed with a total investment of 430 million dirhams ($117.09 million) and covers an area of 450,000 square meters. It represents an alternative to traditional capital-intensive industrial models, allowing companies to scale production facilities according to market demand rather than making large upfront investments.
A fully integrated ecosystem is already functioning
Metal Park is fully operational both in the Free Zone and on the mainland. Its core infrastructure includes a manufacturing center, a storage center, and a business center, all of which currently support on-site processing activities for the 27 member companies.
Unlike traditional industrial parks, development functions as an integrated industrial system. Shared specialized services, secure high-performance storage, and coordinated commercial and operational support are designed to increase capital efficiency, reduce time to market, and increase operational predictability for participating companies.
