The company's expansion roadmap includes five new production facilities in Gorakhpur (200,000 tons), Siliguri (300,000 tons), Bhuj (300,000 tons), New Malur (600,000 tons) and Raipur (600,000 tons).
Along with the expansion of new facilities, APL Apollo is adding one million metric tons through plant expansion and modernization initiatives. This includes replacing conventional mills with faster and more efficient equipment to increase throughput and productivity. It is expected that a detailed plan for the implementation of these initiatives will be outlined over the next year, the company said in a statement. However, the company does not disclose investment data.
