Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) announced that it has initiated a review of anti-dumping duties (AD) on prestressed steel wire (PC) from Malaysia, Thailand and China.
The review, which covers the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, follows a request from Chinese steel manufacturer Boxing Victory Metal Materials, asking MOIT to review existing anti-dumping duties. Current anti-dumping duties on these products from Malaysia, Thailand and China range from 9.79 to 28 percent depending on the exporter.
Products subject to review are currently covered by codes 7312.10.91 and 7312.10.99.
