Thyssenkrupp AG confirmed that federal services conducted a number of searches at its headquarters in Duisburg, related to the investigation of monopoly agreements between the suppliers of steel products for the German auto industry. This is stated in the statement by Thyssenkrupp, which assures that it actively contributes to the investigation.

The Federal Antikarts Committee confirmed the information about the searches with the involvement of law and order forces in the premises of three steel companies, as well as in the apartments and houses of suspects in the German lands of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia.
