S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced that it will cancel the administrative review of the Anti-dumping Duty (AD) order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Ukraine from March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
DOC decided to cancel the administrative review of the AD ruling because there were no records to be reviewed of the goods for which liquidation was suspended, or in other words, there were no records of goods to be reviewed for the companies to be reviewed.
Due to the excess of appropriations and the closure of the federal government on November 14, 2025, DOC canceled all deadlines in administrative proceedings for 47 days, and then due to a large backlog of all deadlines for another 21 days. Thus, the deadline for the preliminary results of this review is February 9, 2026.
