ESAB India provided information on the receipt of net profit for the fourth quarter of last year in the amount of RS.10.57 Rupiy or RS.6.87 per share, which is 20 percent more compared to the same period in 2011. Pure income, including other operations, increased by 11 percent.
ESAB India produces welding devices and is one of the 80 representative offices of ESAB Group, which belongs to the British company Charter PLC and has been leading positions in the production of welding equipment and related materials for welding for the past 100 years. The Board of Directors of the Indian company recommended establishing the size of dividends based on the size of the profit received in 2012.
For financial 2012, Esab India net profit decreased by 20 percent to RS.37.77 Rupia from RS.47.44 Rupia in 2011. A total of income, including other operations, received RS.503.52 rupees, which is eight percent lower than in the previous year. The final amount of dividends was 75 percent of 2012. Currently, ESAB shares India are traded at the RS.435 level, which is 0.91 percent of the previous closure level
