Exports of welded pipes from Turkey increased by 0.5% in 2025

In December last year, exports of welded pipes from Turkey totaled 218,236 metric tons, an increase of 9.5% compared to November and a decrease of 1.2% year-on-year, according to preliminary data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). Meanwhile, revenue from these exports amounted to $196.49 million, an increase of 23.7% compared to the previous month and 7.1% year-on-year.

In 2025, exports of welded pipes from Turkey amounted to 2.09 million tons, which is 0.5 percent more, while the value of these exports decreased by 4.5 percent to $1.82 billion, year-on-year.

This year, Romania was the largest export destination for welded pipes from Turkey, which received 385,175 tons, which is 2.1 percent less than in the previous year. Romania is followed by Great Britain with 199,126 tons, which is 5.9% more, and Morocco with 144,929 tons, which is 355.6% more than last year.
